So far I really like and appreciate the community. The people in the office are super friendly and ALWAYS step up to help me with anything I need in terms of the apartment. In case I’ve encountered any questions they are happy to help and explain processes. They have also been super quick in creating tickets for service and they solve it in under 24hrs which is impressive. Overall I’m really happy of living here. I would definitively recommend the community to friends and coworkers in the future.

I have loved living at Amli on Riverside since I moved to Dallas. The property is great and if I need anything done/fixed DAVID K always comes right away when I put in a request. He does an exceptional job and always makes sure I am satisfied with the job. If I am not home, he always makes sure to check in when he sees me around the property. He is also great with my dogs as well, which is a big plus for me.

Mold problems: We had a mold outbreak due to a leaking hot water heater that was not properly repaired (picture included). We requested mold testing multiple times to verify what type of mold it was and never received the results. Rent hiking: When we got the renewal for our apartment they had increased our rent by over $300/per month. Loss of damage deposit for normal wear and tear. We lost all of our $450 damage deposit on top of owing additional money to replace the carpet in the bed rooms due to discoloration left by normal foot traffic. We tried to dispute the claim, but they rejected saying the carpet cleaners were unable to remove the discoloration. From other reviews, it looks like this is a common occurrence. I have included a picture so you may use your own judgement.

Until you stay there it wil be perfect, they painfully made the move out process diff ult with overcharging on many items. We had all cleaned professionally.they started charging for carpet which was covers with bed and furniture only 20 soft exposed to traffic and they expect ot to look like new. Bath tub was cleaned but they charged like resurfacing because of over use.do they expect me not to use it and have shine on it like a new one? Also this is not a new one installed when we moved in. Over charge for everything.
