Ghetto!!! It took me a while to give this review, as I hate giving bad reviews but I’m fed up. I constantly have trouble getting peace and quiet due to loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate neighbors into the VERY LATE- EARLY morning hours. The walls are thin so it takes neighbors with common courtesy to make this complex a happy place to be for all tenants. It’s also hard getting in contact with the leasing office due to them mostly not answering the phone & I just walked over today at 2:30, Saturday 9/10 and no “out on lunch” sign or anything the office is just locked. I’ve had multiple contacts with the leasing office and non-emergency PD, to no avail. I just reluctantly resigned my lease and this will be THE LAST TIME! My peace of mind is everything and I’m not getting that here!

It has been three days since I requested the maintenance guy but can’t find. Called several time to the lease office and came personally requesting maintenance, she says ok but nobody shows up

I moved out in Feb . The one bedroom range from 740-850 depending on which floor your on and if your wanting washer and dryer connections.
