The maintenance team at Via Las Colinas has been worst since 2020. And I created a maintenance request since my kitchen bulbs are burned out. And even after 3 weeks after the maintenance request submission, the maintenance team has not turned up. The cleaning team does not bother about the cleanliness of the common areas and workout places. But rents are increased 20% this year, how fair to increase the rent without giving good quality maintenance service?

It was a smooth leasing process for us. A million thanks to Rachel for helping us out with the process. We just moved in from Cali and when we arrive here the apartment was already ready and Rachel made sure that everything is fine. It was clean and the neighborhood is great. Not sure if you decided. The noise level from inside is not too noticeable unless you are close to a window and are listening for it. Outside it can be noticeable
Depends if it is phase 1 or 2 or midrise. But it can go from 1100 to 1600 aprox
