I’ve had to request for maintenance 4 different times for all different issues in the 5 months I’ve lived here in this unit. Despite the ongoing roach problem and leakages , maintenance was quick to respond. However there was no regards to my personal belongings when “fixing” the issues. All my belongings were covered in paint and drywall after trying to find the issue for the leakage I’m having in the ceiling. I’m not the one to complain but this was really inconsiderate especially when I have a newborn and all his food items were covered with hazardous stuff. I called the office and they said they’re just waiting for the maintenance man to do what he has to do. Really frustrating!

I just moved in about 3 weeks ago and I love it so far! The whole move-in process was easy and the leasing office (Jennifer) was great. I especially loved the 360 virtual tour that’s available online for all units. It’s what made me schedule an appointment to view in person. The neighborhood is great and the property is well maintained, especially the outlying grounds. General pros of the property: I live on the first floor and I’ve never heard anyone above or on either side of me. Property is beautifully landscaped. Units are well kept and have high end finishes (granite, high ceilings, nice light fixtures, garden tubs, etc). Nice, new, dog park and gorgeous walking trails and parks in the community to walk your dog. Area (Las Colinas) is very nice. Overall, you get good bang for your buck here! I’ll update as I progress in my stay here! *Final Update 6/2022* I moved out after staying 2 years at AMLI Esceña. My rent skyrocketed and when realizing my rate was going to be the same as apartment complexes inside popular Dallas districts I didn’t see the point in staying in LasCo. I took advantage of the property’s move out cleaning job and it made moving out easier knowing I didn’t have to clean. Only issue I had was the property manager noted the bath tub finish being worn and implied I might not get my deposit back so I had to forward her the emails I sent when I first moved in stating the bath tub finish was worn off. Other than that, the process was seamless. Only other issues worth mentioning was the constant issue with children running around and riding bikes in the parking lot in the evening hours. The property constantly sent out communication to remind residents that it was not safe to allow their kids to play in high traffic areas and it never improved. There were several times small kids darted out in front of my vehicle when pulling into the complex.

Roaches problem. It was just 3 days since I leased in, I saw roaches in kitchen. So disappointed with the move. I moved all the way from MN :-(
