Called customer service about 10 times and got the same answering machine who asked me if i have a payment due to make sure i have enough money to pay for it. Over and over...then it says. It looks like you are having a problem, good bye... Tried to call Cricket several times...but the same recording from Verizon answered...so i drove over to the store on ,27th and National and Justin resolved my problem. Thank you Cricket....thank you Justin
Unfortunately I have never had pick calling the stores, they are generally very busy and unable to answer, best bet is to physically go to a store. If it's the actual customer service, always had good luck calling the *611
Oh I have had nothing but a pleasant experience I had personal shoppers that I would work with each time I would call or text ahead to schedule a time. So if you work with someone and you liked the experience I would takr their card and add it to your contacts.
*611 too verizon follow English than when they ask the next ? , just wait till the stupid recording said wait let me get someone for you
Call 1800 number and hut zero till person picks up. Get one overtime
Millie do you dial the right number?
I never call the store, i just go over there and I talk to them directly. For some reason their system is going through the corporate office instead of the store, that's why you can't get a hold of them. I wish that they would fix that so we can talk to someone at the store instead. I know that it's very fustrated, but that's what we gotta do. At the store they have very excellent service.
