Front desk staff is not very welcoming and seems to lack personality. It is as if you are bothering them when you arrive.

The staff here is great and if you make an appointment the wait isn't bad, you can also save your spot online and wait for your turn from home which is really nice.

Yes, their is a doctor on site.
No but they are great for times you can't get in to see your primary care physician and you need to see a doctor today. Also less costly than an emergency room for you and your healthcare insurer.
