I love going to Care SPOT. From the time you walk in until you leave there is someone caring for you. My MA was super sweet and gentle. Dr. Graham breaks things down so you can understand it in layman's terms. Very thorough. I truly felt like I was the only patient. If you are not feeling well GO TO CARE SPOT IN METRO WEST.

Every time I call here is a ridiculous wait time 3-6 hours ALWAYS. They never call you to let you know the wait time is up to come on and when you do go in and get seen everyone is dragging there feet and looks annoyed like they hate what they do! This place really needs to be uplifted and full of energy. It’s also kind of amusing how they only reply to the top rated comments. Just goes to show how they don’t value our concerns
