Won’t let the patients talk, talks over them when they try. Won’t explain anything when asked to clarify, makes you pay the fee and then turns around and tells you they can’t see you, that you’re “being difficult” because you’re asking too many questions, which pertain to equality and transparency. They’ve stripped people of their basic healthcare rights, and refuse to take any accountability in doing so.

Just seen a video of how their staff behaves and absolutely insane. The lady at the desk was screaming to top of her lungs, the female nurse had an attitude and wouldn't engage with the patient nor his questions and the male nurse was very condescending. All of this happened cause the patient wanted to know what he was being charged for. Absolutely despicable!!
