Save yourself the trouble and just go elsewhere, especially if you're coming for your child. They seem to only want easy cases, they'll give conflicting info on the phone vs in person, and I've even gone and found them closed hours before the listed time. A loc ER says this place commonly turns injured kids away to avoid the hassle. I encountered a blond nurse at the front desk who was particularly unwelcoming. They need a staff overhaul or training.

Just stop by the waterford lakes location at 7:25 and they told me couldnt see my baby. Online stated they closed at 8:00pm. Told them he had a 103 fever and still could nt see him. Apparently, there were a capacity and the waiting room was empty and the lights were turned off. They are closing early than what it is posted online. Patients are customers not people anymore. Dont waste your time driving to this location they just dont care. I would give them a 0 star.

Been a Nemours patient for years by far our worst experience today— front desk are rude and uncaring. Go somewhere else for your urgent care needs.

Ridiculously long wait times unfriendly staff and nurses, sat in the room for over 2 hours waiting for the doctor to see my child I couldn’t wait anymore so I left I will never bring my children back to this urgent care again

Yes, you can make appointments
As said, it's pediatric care only. You can go an urgent care at this time or the hospital because the swelling may require a steroid injection
Not antibiotics. IV fluids if needed and only per the attending physician.
