Unprofessionals!! I came August 12, 2022 for lab work and an EKG. I paid $265 cash. The medical assistant calls me and withdraws my blood and then takes me for my EKG. 3 days later I get a call from the provider who order these test that carespot lost my lab results. I call them and ask if I can come to get retested. I come 08/18/22 to get my blood work done again. The lady in the front looked confused and went to the back to talk to the doctor. They tell me that they don’t know what happened on my original appointment but they do not know why the medical assistant withdrew my blood because they do not do those type of lab test there. So they basically withdrew my blood, lost it and have staff that do not know how to do their job. I asked to see if they can at least give me my ekg results. SURPRISE they can’t find it either. At this point I’m furious because they told me that they don’t know where any of my information is. I asked them for a refund and they’re still are reviewing a month after. Donald the manager has still not contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience. This place is a joke.

Worst experience in a clinic, went in a emergency to get checked with my brand new insurance, i have 2 visits for free with tha package but they decided it doesn’t apply to them when their clinic was clearly in my insurance so i ended up paying my first visit, and when i get checked the nurse doesn’t know what i have and puts me in 2 different medications, which she never told me wouldn’t be in a pharmacy non related to them so i end up paying a hundred for both. It has been a week now and they still doesn’t have my results which makes me call them to check everything and the cherry on top was the customer service girl being unbothered and arrogant towards my call. And you guessed right still no results back.

It was a very unfriendly experience from the beginning. I was tested for covid and one doctor said it was negative and 10 mins later a different doctor said it was positive without any explanation. I left unsure of this result and ended up getting tested somewhere else and it came back negative. I went back to ask for a retest and explanation and the front desk lady very rudely disclosed my previous results without my consent by yelling "we dont care what CVS said, you're covid positive here so go home and 'sopa'". Extremely unprofessional
