Pronzini Christmas Tree Farm

My fiancé and I enjoyed our trip to Pronzini Christmas tree farm! We recommend trying not to go on a busy weekend day as the line to pay was very long. However we were able to be helped with picking and trimming our tree quickly. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! They knew which types of trees shed less needles and where each were located on the lot. Our medium sized tree was reasonably riced and came with a disposable stand! We love our tree and our community!

I get my tree from here every year and they usually do a great job. Better to bring your own stand though, as my disposal one they put on has a leak in it this year and it’s been a pain to deal with. Otherwise this place would get 5 stars.

I had such an amazing experience on the lot- I loved everything I worked with, and I felt super taken care of there. Then... I got home ALL the way from San Rafael to San Francisco, and immediately the stand broke.. from a rotten piece of wood that shouldn't have been put on my tree in the first place. I don't know what to do because the tree is so big, I'm far from the lot, I don't really know how to fix the stand, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone. All of the phone numbers are out of service or voicemail boxes are full. :( Please help me- or give me a refund, thank you. This is nothing against the awesome salesmen- this is just bad quality for the stand I paid for.

The service here was wonderful. Especially since it is Christmas Eve on a Sunday. Normally my husband gets the tree. I needed help with everything. Getting the tree today is so important as it is a surprise. They helped me out as I had a very small budget. I will come again and recommend this location to all family and friends.
