PG&E is the worst company ever. I was told that I need a safety check for my new water heater today, and they literally made mw wait over 12 hours for a technician arrive. I was actually told that I should be grateful as their normal service window was up to 16 hours. What is wrong with these people? And why are they permitted to act as our only source as a public utility? They burn down our towns, provide us with terrible service, and charge us as much as can get way with. I say off with their heads. NO WONDER WE HATE PG&E.....

I just want to talk to a real person. I spent 20 minutes jumping through hoops on the phone just for the automated voice to be unhelpful at the end of the day
