I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I brought my dog here yesterday due to an injury that resulted in heavy bleeding from her back left paw. I felt lucky that due to the active bleeding one of the vet technicians took her back right away. I was advise by another very nice vet tech, Sarah, that it looked liked she broken one of her back claws and Sarah gave me the option to have them try to stop the bleeding, put a bandage on and I could take her home or wait the several hours for her to see the doctor as it appeared that the claw was just hanging on and they could advise further. I asked if we could just wait. But then another tech came out who was very rude, told me I misunderstood that I only had one option to take my dog back home. She cut me off every time I tried to ask a question and said since my dog was considered stable even with active bleeding, she pretty much needed to leave. She handed me a sheet of paper that had several other emergent care centers listed and told me to call and go somewhere else. As she turned she started shaking her head at me and walked away. I understand that due to low staffing everywhere, but this was just rude and unacceptable behavior especially in front of several other people waiting with their dogs in the lobby. There are some great people there, but unfortunately one bad seed ensure I will never bring my dog here again.

Absolutely incompetent. Entirely unhelpful and impossible to refill prescriptions.

Always ready to help! My dog collapsed in the park a while back and was taken care of right away. We are very thankful for everyone working here!
