I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I brought my dog here yesterday due to an injury that resulted in heavy bleeding from her back left paw. I felt lucky that due to the active bleeding one of the vet technicians took her back right away. I was advise by another very nice vet tech, Sarah, that it looked liked she broken one of her back claws and Sarah gave me the option to have them try to stop the bleeding, put a bandage on and I could take her home or wait the several hours for her to see the doctor as it appeared that the claw was just hanging on and they could advise further. I asked if we could just wait. But then another tech came out who was very rude, told me I misunderstood that I only had one option to take my dog back home. She cut me off every time I tried to ask a question and said since my dog was considered stable even with active bleeding, she pretty much needed to leave. She handed me a sheet of paper that had several other emergent care centers listed and told me to call and go somewhere else. As she turned she started shaking her head at me and walked away. I understand that due to low staffing everywhere, but this was just rude and unacceptable behavior especially in front of several other people waiting with their dogs in the lobby. There are some great people there, but unfortunately one bad seed ensure I will never bring my dog here again.

Absolutely incompetent. Entirely unhelpful and impossible to refill prescriptions.

PETS is open 24 hrs per day. Sounds like your cat should be evaluated.
Only ur vet does dental work n it's expensive but an absolute nevedsity cause it can cause worse problems if plaque is not removed....
How?
The office visit is for emergencies, not routine care and can vary based on if the animal sees a tech or needs specialist care.
You can email, and someone will reaspond to you but if you think its emergent please call
