Very disappointed of the disrespect and condescending attitude of the Family Law operator girl with the surfer accent. I am trying to ask for help on something. This is the 2nd time she has treated me terribly and not wanting to help very dismissive rude and never responded to my question. These are the kind of people who shouldn't be working for the courthouse they are not for the people who are in need of help, they are for the paycheck and want there.

My 3rd day here for jury duty selection. Not sure why the big rush. Some people have not received their 1st Covid-19 Vaccine yet. I don't see anybody doing any type of disinfecting. Rather risky.

I’ve been on the line for 40 minutes. On hold. I contacted them over a week ago about an issue with someone stealing my identity. Left a voicemail and haven’t heard since. So here I am trying to get a hold of them again... worse court system ever. And how can someone use my license in Indio and fool a cop into thinking they are me? Are the cops in Indio that incompetent? !!!

I have never, ever had a worse experience in signing up for anything. I can purchase on line anything I need, a have registered various activities and events on line. I bank on line, buy my groceries on line. My point is am not a novice on the computer, I cannot contact a human being, and there are nine menu items on the phone. I have no idea if the court has received my information, and a fifteen minute window??? I have no idea if there is a bench warrant out for my arrest because it takes me an hour to just try and provide the two pieces, or maybe three pieces of information. So am I in contemp because I missed the 15 minute window while trying to sign In? Only the government makes this process this complicated.
