Moved in about 5 months ago staff is friendly and nice. Love my apartment and my location, very clean and well maintained apartments and price is great. Thank you Elena and Frank for all your hard work on taking care of our community apartments. :)

Trying to move out of this place , been living here for 3 years we got new management around January if I’m not mistaken. I have to be calling and calling or going to the office for them to fix something! I started getting roaches this past March and spray they use to kill them doesn’t even work ! Ever since new management has been here my rent has been up 3 times !!! I’m now paying 705 , I thought this was for low income ???? My husband keeps getting paid the same & they keep raising the rent !! I don’t even see the money going into the apartments complex they look the same nothing has changed . Wouldn’t recommend living here trying my best to get out

This place is a dump. The apartment size is good but I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. Management and maitnance never help get things fixed and they have a HUGE roach problem. If you call forget it because the lady at the office can never seem to answer the phone. Yet when it comes to money that is the one thing they are on top of. Living with roaches? That can wait.
