We really enjoyed our stay at Shadow Ridge. We were there because of a truck malfunction that left us stranded in Indio for a few days. We stumbled across Shadow Ridge, and they found us a spot and let us stay. They even gave us a site easily accessible by tow truck as our toy hauler had to be towed. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and their amenities were nice, especially the pool. In our case, they were very flexible with our clearly inflexible calendar. While our whole trip was a nightmare, Shadow Ridge was a nice refuge for the two days we were there. We would certainly consider making their RV park a destination in the future. A true oasis in the desert. Many thanks to Sam for his understanding and patience while we sorted out a solution to our situation.

Gated RV resort that gives you the confidence of security and safety. Older RV park associated with Sun City retirement communities. RV spaces separated by oleander bushes, gives sense of more privacy. No pull thru sites, only back in. Streets are all very wide to make backing in easy. Park is meticulously maintained. Staff will pick up your bagged garbage if left on the street in front of your site. Front counter staff was welcoming, friendly and smiling.

The park was conveniently located with lovely mountain views. It was far enough from the I-10 to be quiet. We had a mostly level site (40) with nice full hookups amid the grassy areas, pool area, patio, pond and walking path. The office staff was super friendly and welcoming. And Maria was just a sweet person who our dog loved to say hello to as she drove around doing morning trash service. We visited with our club rally and had the use of the clubhouse during our stay. The park is gated and has a cottage and several vintage RV's you can rent. Our site was a bit cramped for parking our 25 ft rig and our truck so we didn't open our main awning. Even still, we enjoyed the vibe and would definitely return.

So far, our favorite RV park! The staff is so nice and does an outstanding job of maintaining the park and taking care of guests. I really enjoyed the security of the gated park and all the amenities were on point. Several washer and dryer units, pool, hot tub and great pond to walk the pup around and more. The spots are a good size and most have greenery as barriers for privacy. They even offer coffee daily which was a nice help when our coffee maker went on the fritz. We will be back 100%!!!

Yes they do ..small place..but clean and quiet.. very hot .outside
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience, the website still lists tent rates of $35 per night during Prime Season. I guess it's up to the owners to change accommodations if they can double the rent for a dry camp RV.
I don't believe so
24 hour notice
To be honest with you the two years I stayed there, I don't recall seeing any kids, but the staff is awesome and its a public area, so I don't see why they would have a problem with your situation.
If it's on a trailer I don't see why not, I pull a tow dolly and car and had no problems. If you want to drive it around inside the park you should call them directly and ask.
Yes, they can accommodate anything up to 45 foot, trailer or MH
Depends on what you are renting. A tent spot is 25 per day and goes up from there
