Beautiful and very upscale all-owner Motorcoach Park in Indio. Great for golfers. Extremely tastefully landscaped and meticulously maintained venue, but beware of the very busy interior streets, the plethora of contractors and work trucks, and the loud street noise in spaces bordering Avenue 48, the main street providing access to the facility and which borders it's north side. We went there considering purchasing a space there, but decided not to due to the street noise, especially at night.

We are a class "A" only resort...you can see lots for rent under "book now" on the web-site...or call 760-342-4215, ext 3...ask for Carli...on Monday.
We have 400 lots...the vast majority have enclosed "coach houses", "casitas" and many have private swimming pools...you can see a selection at motorcoachcountryclub.com Each lot has distinctive flavor...with the dominate theme being "Tuscan". Come check us out!

Not generally, they will usually only rent the lot. They do have some on display that are for sale on the weekends if you are looking to buy.
No rental space here. You have to purchase a pad for $250-500K, $1200/mo HOAs, etc.
