Astonishingly poorly run facility. I made an appointment and waited over two and half hours past my appointment time before finally giving up because I had not moved up the queue in over an hour and still had several people in front of me. For a facility that people turn to for help they failing miserably to provide that help. So here I sit in continuing pain.

The staff were amazing. Front desk staff were informative and very helpful. Nurse Tara was the best. She was kind and patient. You could tell she knew her job very well. The wait time is the only complaint.

I couldn't figure it out either...they're triple booking the 1 Dr on staff. I made an appt and still waited over an hour for my son to get a covid test. They said they are short staffed.
