Horrible place to live. The water is either ALWAYS off or ALWAYS not hot. Count on at LEAST 2 days out of the week where you can’t shower or wash dishes. The whole apartment complex needs upgrading. All bills paid but the only feature that actually works is the heat. And that’s not even reliable. Poor service in the office but let you be a hour late, all type of late fees added IMMEDIATELY. Poor parking. I pay for parking here while still have to worry about getting towed because I don’t drive both of my vehicles. That’s how bad it is. The both work, but they want to see them both gone everyday like they the ones putting gas in them. Units are extremely outdated. They don’t take money orders (at least they try to enforce that) just so they can charge you to pay your rent online. I mean it’s just plain ridiculous. Never again. 0 out of 5 stars.

No hot water, no parking, when you called them to fix’s things that broke they won’t come, save yourself the time and the headache and money they do thing backwards over there

It’s been 3 days without hot water and they wait until the 3rd day to send an email out. The parking is terrible and they wait until it gets 100° To try and fix the ac. Management does not answer the phone and don’t seem to know what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend, you are better off sleeping in your car.
