I would rate it a zero if I could. Just horrible, some family members of mine moved in here and there’s times I go visit them. Apartment is horrible. There was a leakage in their bathroom from the AC unit above shower, they had to put buckets on the floor for A MONTH before maintenance did anything. They called 2x and maintenance took a month to fix it. Then I guess they were power washing the doors and the water had gotten inside. They had to clean the water up. Then there’s times when I shower there when I can’t at home and there’s NEVER HOT WATER. They complained about it and they just told them that the handles were switched…. umm what? But the worst thing is ROACHES. During the time I’ve gone to visit them I’ve always seen roaches. They made a service request and pest control went but they only sprayed the floor around the kitchen and bathroom meanwhile the roaches are in the kitchen cabinets, walls, in the bathroom tub. It’s also expensive. Just horrible. Manager is too. Think twice before leasing there.

It was a quiet place! Until certain characters were given access to live. At this time I have not been able to sleep thanks to a resident who has loud music in his car, besides I am invaded by pests and I have not received a solution, they only fumigate and the next day they are back again. I need solution! It hurts because I like the place, its spaces are comfortable. Very disappointed !

Rude, shady, not compassionate and don't fix anything right or on time. Lease violations are a joke and they do it out of spite.

Move in process was fast and easy. Worked with Keaira and she was polite and answered all my questions and concerns.
