It has the worse maintenance ever my AC keeps going out they just repair not replace things something is going on with my beakers when I request someone to come and check all they do is replace the light bulbs nothing is ever done until you call the city or somebody higher in power then they fix everything that you have requested from the very beginning it needs new owner or new managers they sure want you to follow request and rules but they dont put there part In it

Living was fine at first but over time stuff starts to break down my bathroom door you have to slam it to close it. The paint in the tub and the walls are peeling so I have to watch my son when he’s bathing. There are bugs I have roaches and ants in my apartment so I wouldn’t want to renew my lease if I wanted to

I have a 3/2 downstairs. Been here 3 months. Pros- I like the floor plan. It’s big and has lots of storage with plenty of closets, cabinets, pantry, and vanity dressing areas. It’s reasonably calm, friendly, and safe, mostly working class families. It has covered parking and large patios. The new exterior paint looks great. The location is decent, easy highway access, bus stops, and very walkable. Cons- I hate the roaches! This will be the issue that keeps me from renewing my lease… Generally shabby and poor quality. The cabinets, fixtures, and carpet are all just old & gross. The a/c blower is super loud. There is no overhead light in living room and the outlets do not hold plugs for some weird reason they just fall out. The subfloor is terrible, like lumpy and spongy seems missing in places. They PAINTED the tub tile counters and sink! The sliding glass door and the windows are aluminum- extremely drafty, noisy, and hard to open and close. The sliding doors on 2 closets fell off the tracks. I can hear upstairs just basic walking around and yelling at their kids. It doesn’t have w/d hookups, the first and only time I used the onsite laundry facility was a complete disaster so I have to go to a laundromat. Management is ok if you call often and are very clear. They are crazy strict about Covid. And you have to stay on them . The online system is pretty bad. I keep having to repeat my requests and when they come they are hit or miss fixing things. One time they replaced my garbage disposal but they didn’t hook the drain back up so when I turned the sink on I had a mini flood gushing out the bottom cabinet. But it was an easy fix. If they would get rid of roaches and remodel then it would be really great. Lots of potential.
