The leasing office is dirty, unorganized and junky. The property looks rough, unkept and unsafe. They decided to leave my father and aunt homeless and renege on a lease contract after we complained about their lack of professionalism. They forgot to fill out the same paperwork correctly and completely THREE times! The office personnel lack the competence to prepare an apartment to pass an inspection the 1st time, follow the protocol/order of steps to lease to a HUD housing applicant and they lack the competence to fill out paperwork. They refused to give us the name, address and phone number of the owner or refund us all of the move-in fees that were paid. I wouldn't even recommend this place to stray cats or dogs!

These are by far the worst apartments to move into. DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I can give it 0 stars I will. Glad I'm moving and I only been here less than a month.
