3-27-2018 Today is a sad day. On October 16, 2016 I wrote the post that you can read below. It's about my experience renting an apartment at Over The Rainbow. To be more specific it was about my experience with Michelle the manager. At the time I only knew her as the manager and overtime I came to know her as my friend. Today I was told she passed away and it breaks my heart I'm not there. I'll always remember how much she loved my dog "Dallas"and when Dallas died Michelle was there once more. She was that kind of person. Michelle you will be missed. 10-16-2016 It took two months to get an Apartment at Over The Rainbow, and there's a good reason. The price is right (I pay $615 a month plus $25 a month for water) It's incredibly quiet. The landscaping is awesome and well kept. I moved in without seeing the apartment due to the fact no-one moves out . I expected a lot less. I was surprised to see an up to date laundry room and even more surprised to see a dishwasher. Other apartments in this price range (if you can find one) do not have a dishwasher and certainly not a washer and dryer. As nice as this place is what really surprised me was how the manager Michelle and her staff Ramon and Tino addressed the maintenance and cleanliness issues I had. I reported the shower was leaking and the stove burner needed repair. In less than two hours both were fixed. Also the housekeeping service had a bad day and I had issues with the stove and bathroom not being clean to my standards. It took Michelle less than an hour to have the Cleaning service scheduled to come back and get it right. I am very impressed with Over the Rainbow and it's staff. The the only negative is it's very hard to rent here because no moves out.
