I visited the Property today. And I was intrigued by the changes I witness being made. I've be waiting on pandemic to to pass in order to fill out housing application. I've been checking reviews & I noticed they have been going up & everyone is impressed with new manager Ms. Ramona. So I decided it was time for me to apply. There is a 30 waiting list & I don't mind. The young receptionist & Ms. Ramona were pleasant & professional as stated by all that reside there. I look forward to pushing through & being part of the new up & coming community of Eban Village. Sincerely, Lisa Thompson

I truly wanted to rent there due to the location and price; however, I was concerned with what I saw. First off, the staff was friendly, respectful, and receptive. The main issues I have with them is their approach on security. I will say upfront I drove the property multiple times to get a feel and envision my self living there. I came in the morning, afternoon after work and in the late evening. It was all the same. THEY LEAVE THE GATES OPEN. What is the point of the gate to be open for the general public (meaning the homeless and other unwanted people) to come on property. They have a security booth never manned. I won’t even speak on the amount of trash and nonfunctional cars that should have been towed already. The first step to making improvements is to close the gates at all time which will with unwanted people coming on grounds. This will help the grounds team to maintain keeping the property clean. That’s my take. Some of the most difficult and persisting problems have the simplest solutions. That’s my take on it at least.

I would like to say that our new manager is a very nice person. there are persons who do not agree with the things that she is trying to change but i like them. i see that she is paying me some mind because i was not able to park there was no room but she is now got where your car can be towed if you do not live here. i like her an so do more people. ms romona is great so thank you for what you are doing i have been here a longtime and i like the way you are doing things here so keep doing it and stay humble. thank you

Drug infested I don’t live there and know it for a fact bc I know a crack head that is very comfortable coming and going
The ladies in the office all r pretty nice..i think anybody that human treat a person accordly to how u treat them .if u rude 9x out of 10 the person u getting rude with will clap back with the same vibes they get.the apts r ghetto loud n noisy i must admit but honestly what apts arent.the apts r nice n the inside n roomy i love my apt its all about what u make of it.my neighbors above me sounds like a earth quake above my head i would advise u to get a upstairs apt if u dont want to witness rumbling n stumping noises through out the day n nights.a home is what u make of it in thats just what i did ive been there for like 2n1/2 years n cool with all my neighbors n landlord
HELL NO
U don’t want to move here. They take for ever to fix things and they aren’t costumer friendly . And they change property managers every two years.
When I heard about how they treated that elderly lady, remember God is watching and nothing goes unpunish, they didn't show mercy ,when every last one of them who didn't show mercy will not receive mercy from God, when they call on him or need him.
