Never moved in, took weeks to process my application and when they eventually asked for my bank statements I changed my mind but then they gave some completely b.s. on why I can't get my deposit back on the unit that was not ready when they said it would be. Time to get city and state agencies involved to investigate Three fountains from top to bottom . From what I'm reading, I'm sure they will see the rat, roach and mold infestation and shut this eye sore down !

DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst apartments ever. No AC At the height of Covid they took advantage of so many of their tenants. They’re cheats, liars and scammers.

Ac has been out for 3days in 110° weather. Emergency # doesn't work either. Had to spend money to buy a fan aswell. I saw people having buying whole ac units! What kinda place is this. There's alot of positive fake reviews on here. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! Btw they got roaches!!

The staff refuses to give this information out. I've been trying to get it since the building was bought.
Ive lived here since may of last year, we’ve never had ac or heat, and they always come to “fix it” but it’s never fixed. They’ll say it was inspected by Dallas and fixed but it’s just a lie so they look good online 🤷♂️

I don't know but I do know that it is managed very poorly . A.C. units don't work water leaks in dish washer, water leaks from upstairs toilets.
