The management!!!! Bro don’t come here

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My toilet broke and they immediately fixed it. May the assistant manager is always ready to help and with the warmest attitude. I’m so happy here.

I didn't give my input but since your response has false information, I'll provide details. In 2011 I lived in 24208 & it was the most disgusting apartment I've even lived in. Roach infested in every inch. I was told it was "normal" that my AC wouldn't go below 85. They accused me of having ppl living with me. Charged me for having a washcloth on the balcony to dry. The gates never worked. I was charged for phony repairs like carpet when I moved out, but I sucked it up & paid it. Then I attempt to move elsewhere only for the gables to claim I didn't pay them. And how convenient for the manager that I handed the money order to quit.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you have no better options, a cardboard box would be a better place to live than this apartment complex. They have a non existent support staff. Constantly changes office hours with no notice. I put in a maintenence request a month ago. They finally called me today to tell me they don't have a key to my apartment. When asked if that means they have been able to provide ANY services at all since they can't get into my apartment, they basically shrugged their shoulders. God forbid you have a full time job, you'll never be able to get any help from the office. Their answering machine doesn't work, when they actually pick up the phone, they ask you to come into the office on their time. (Which again, is constantly changing without notice) if you can't, they'll tell you tough luck and charge you for as many miscellaneous fees as they can. Parking is horrible, the pool is ALWAYS green. Their gate never works for more than 1 week at a time. When they do fix it, they'll change the gate code on you with NO notice. They'll tell you that you have to come into the office to get it (again, you're SOL if you have a full time job) and you'll be stuck waiting outside your own apartment for someone to let you in. They have absolutely NO portal to pay rent or view bills. Which makes it incredibly easy for them to increase miscellaneous charges and not say anything to you about it, even though they'll say they left a note on your door that they can't provide evidence for. Bottom line, never ending plethora of miscellaneous charges, notices they say they give you but can't provide evidence for, and an office support team that would sooner hang up on you and ignore your calls than work with you on anything. The only reason to move here is if you literally have NO other options. But they've been increasing their rent steadily year after year, so you would be better off spending 100 extra dollars and actually moving to a legitimate apartment.
