Update: 10/27/2022…I’m honestly sick and tired of annoying them for the same situation. I have reached out 3 times about the same exact maintenance issue. The wood in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets are DETERIORATING and in the bathroom, there’s a hole! Also, I renewed my lease with NO carport. They charged me last month. I was informed that they will credit me the $50 towards next month. I am currently being charged $50 for the carport for the month of November. I had this taken care of and canceled back in July. So why am I being charged when I said NO to it? Update: it has been taken care of. After requesting how many times & recording video for proof. I’m honestly really upset with maintenance. I have noted this issue about my bathroom sink in the inventory checklist when I moved in. Created a work order TWICE and both times it said work complete. I came to the office on Monday and the guy was nice and said it will be fixed. He even sent himself a video I recorded from my phone. I don’t know how many times I need to request the same issue over and over again. I have called to even speak to the supervisor. I haven’t been able to use my bathroom sink since I moved here. I’m probably going to find a plumber and just bill the apartment for his work to get it fixed. Since maintenance is saying the work is completed and not sure if they want to actually do the work.

Do not move here. They will leave you high and dry if a contractor they hire damages your property. For the life of me I don’t know why I have lived here so long. The apartments are subpar. The turn over in the office is ridiculous. They yell at each other and then yell at you for being rude. They can’t keep situations straight.

It’s difficult to get someone on the phone at times, but so far things are going alright. I’ve only been a resident since early June, so I may have more to say in a few months. Update: I moved in on June 2. I called maybe 2 weeks after my move in date to see if the fixes I put on my inventory and inspection check list (which they were adamant about it being turned in no later than 48 hrs after move in) and they informed me that there were no work orders in my chart on the website. I later found out that the office misplaced my inventory sheet, and my fixes were not submitted until July 6. Here it is, July 14, and I am STILL waiting for the fixes to be completed. The hallway outside of my apartment is pitch black at night, as well as a security bar that is missing from one of my sliding doors, among many other things that I am hoping to have fixed/repaired upon my return in August. (which would have given them a total of more than 2 months to complete the fixes I requested). As a new resident to this community, and also a new resident of Texas, I must say that I am highly disappointed in the service, or lack there of, that I have received so far. Had I not called (over 10 times about the same issue), my sheet would more than likely still be wherever it was when they magically discovered it, and never called me back about. I don't think I'm asking for too much, b/c I know that if I have a late rental payment, they will blow up my phone as much as I've been blowing up the rental office phones.
