Watch out for a place that has staff that speaks to you as if you are lesser than. I came in inquiring about an apartment and was given the run around by a lady named Lisa. She at first was already telling me how she couldnt help. Then she could but that she needed to contact someone and 4 days later when I reached out again she gave me a whole new excuse. They dont want to help anyone, They make u feel as if u are a burden. All Lisa seems to want to do is eat and sit behind that counter

I have been here 2 weeks and I was very concerned with so many issues that I have NOT had to address. I absolutely love the office Team of Myesia and Lisa they assured me almost 2 months ago. They would do all necessary for me to have a smooth move in and they have gone above and beyond thanks to them I LOVE MY NEW APT!!!

My daughter lives here. I can't say what I REALLY want to say in fear of her getting kicked out based off my review. But, I will say maintenance is TERRIBLE, her move in process was sub par, she moved into a unit that was not clean...keep in mind we are in COVID times and moving in behind someone who wasn't clean and their staff didn't clean, I just can't believe the process or lack there of. And that's all I'm going to say. I helped her move in, and seeing what I saw just doesn't make any sense. Edit..I tried not to post such a negative review, but that was her experience for her first time moving out on her own. Again, I helped her move in, so I did see a a lot of problems in which she has still to be fixed. Yes, the rooms are spacious with nice flooring, but that's about it. I Thank the owner for responding, and I will pass along the email to her to get these issues fixed, and hopefully in a timely manner. Edit 4/12/2022 This place is a joke! My daughter has been a victim of retaliation because she has extended her right as a tenant to report bad living conditions to Code Enforcement. They have tried to give her lease violations for things that are just RIDICULOUS. The last being a lease violation for having noodles in the garbage disposal.h

Us again! :) We would love to tell you about our community's amenities, including the state of the art camera system that we just installed. As the new owner and manager it was important that we invested in the community. This enhancement is something fairly standard in the apartment industry and that we felt all residents at Oakwood deserved to have as well.
