Martin, Brianna and the whole staff are amazing! Anytime I put in a maintenance request, it gets resolved quicker than any apartment I’ve lived in, and I’ve been living in apartments my whole life.

We did everything they asked. Provided bank statements income was verified and they denied us because my youngest son who has never rented anything nor has any bad credit he works for FedEx and they denied us because his middle name which is Muslim was spelled wrong. We are not crooks I offered tax documents and all and they still denied us. Don’t waste your app money. Maybe they denied us because of our last name Muhammad and we are Muslim. I feel scammed. They have our entire lives on paper. Not worth all the petty. If I had lied we’d be in but my honesty worked against us

The office staff here is so rude. I toured the property to lease an apartment and the staff is NO HELP! I would not even waste your time. There are so many better places to lease in Dallas!!!!!

Great place to live but I wnt be signing another lease at the icon at Ross. I know everything is going up but damn a big jump 1210 to 1390 that just rent alone without water and trash. Most apts goes up 50-70 dollars.

Credit history will be verified by a third‐party screening service.
