Ok Where do I start! Marcelo nd Roberto is the best maintenance man I could ask for. They're always very professional respectful nd nice and get things done. I had a leak on my apartment nd they where here right away to locate and fix the problem in full they never half step while their were working. These two maintenance men are the best. Also they notice another problem in my apartment nd they fixed it right away. These guys work so very hard to make sure this property is really nice and up to par They need a raise because the two of them are really upstanding dedicated nd honest to their work and their work shows for its self. They are really dedicated to their work nd I just wanted to show a little gratitude buy writing this review. Living here at Treymore has really been a breath of fresh air. Oh let's not forget the other maintenance man that keeps up the property I'm not sure of his name but he keeps it really clean and trash free. So to maintenance keep up the good work nd the new office staff is also awesome.

I have lived at Treymore Cityplace for 5 years now. Although,I have witnessed so much change since relocating to this neighborhood. I can say the quality of service I received here is impeccable. The leasing office responds to my concerns in a timely manner and the maintenance team is always just 1 call away. Also emergency maintenance is provided. Marcelo and Alberto always exceeds my expectations.

Chirstyal, Treymore City Place Apartment’s are Market Rate. We do accept Housing Vouchers as well. There are no affordable income restrictions. Anyone, regardless of income, meeting the rental criteria can reside there.

No they're not Townhomes there are Apartments but don't waste your time or money maintenances bad at service and full of false promises!! They will take forever in a day to fix one thing sometimes up two weeks if not months!!
If your background for anything is bad they want except you 10 year background check but I like staying here because it's peacefully

I haven't had any issues with safety but there are break ins in the apartments. They currently have security but I don't know how long they are around. No play area for kids in the apartment but there is a park within walking distance.
