I’m ready to move. The apartment I’m in has a roach infestation and management doesn’t seem to care all they do is send pest control out and that does nothing. I’m always cleaning up with bleach everyday. It’s very uncomfortable to live here with roaches especially when I know I’m A very clean person. DO NOT MOVE IN BUILDING D. IT IS ROACH INFESTED

I've been a resident at this property for 4 years. The location, pricing and surrounding retail market available is amazing. However, I have experienced issues such as package theft, miscommunication and requests not being addressed in a timely manner. If you are looking to rent here I suggest having your shipments sent to a secure address and speaking with the staff directly with any questions/concerns.

I live in the community currently for about 2 months now and do like the fact that the community care team is really good about keeping us posted on resident events because chances are if you are like me you want to get to know people in the new city and they may even have your same experiences. The staff is really good of catering to our needs, however, when it comes to pests not exactly handled in a quick manner which is probably the only thing I would advice them to work on other than that I’m happy making my little abode my own and the people are so welcoming. The pool is beautiful and the gym I enjoy. I would recommend it to anyone to come check out the property even when guests have visited me they like the overall relax serene feel of nature around the property.
