I am renting an apartment there through The Ark House (they provide very affordable apartments for family members who have long-term patients in Parkland Hospital). Are the covered parking spaces for rent?

I believe the covered spaces are $25/ month? But maybe you can call and see if there's any other options?

The open parking around the complex and the underground garage are no charge, but you must have a sticker on your vehicle which the office supplies. Any other covered parking spaces are $25.00 a month and you will also be given a sticker for that parking.

Covered parking isn’t free, you must pay a fee of $25 and will be given a sticker to put on the inside of your car.
