Positive: Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Continental breakfast included. I could see my car from my room on the 3rd floor. It¿s literally seconds from I-10. Negative: It wasn¿t free but it was much cheaper than the alternative!!

I was skeptical based on previous reviews but was very happy with our stay. The room was clean and they allowed us to check-in early after checking with them over the phone. Recently remodeled the bath tub was brand new, as was the entire bathroom. New tub, sink, floor files, and fixtures. Bedding was all freshly washed and smelled clean and fresh; s mething that is ignored by even the highest rated hotels. the property was clean and the neighborhood is nice with a Wawa convenient store a 2 minute walk away. It is my guess that the negative reviews were pre-renovation reviews. If in Leesburg again this will be our hotel of choice and I would reccomend to friends and family.

I hate to give bad reviews but I don’t want what happened to me to happen to someone else. The room smelled god awful it was loud throughout the night and the area in general sucks. The tables weren’t even set for breakfast and there wasn’t really any breakfast except cereal and dry mini fridge and waffles. Floors were sticky too. Spend the extra $20 and stay east toward Taveras.

This place is way below desirable. Very dirty walls in the hall and rooms. Bathroom floor disgusting as the corners were black and shower door did not close, thus water every where. Towels were paper thin. Window currents did not close, this the light from park8mg lot made it seem as the sun was shining all night. I can not rate the morning “breakfast” as were did not want to eat in a place this dirty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL!!!
