I have been looking for different properties initially, where as I should have started and ended my search with this one. It’s a perfect place for peace lovers. The application process is quick. The staff is very friendly and super informative. Denise makes sure that you are getting the best value for the amount you are spending by showing better options available at the time. I Highly recommend this.

Most reviews Tribeca on the Creek recently has DO NOT at all reflect the experience living there. They are stellar and false!! The apartment complex is totally mismanaged and the apartment complex is trashy over all. I took pictures before moving out and as you all can see pictures say more than words. The new management team is rude besides Claudia who has helped when there was a situation around the apartment complex. It's frustrating coming at night and gates are always open, no security, no lights on the complex. I had to move to anothe apartment because my roof was falling and had mold everywhere. The apartment I got was full of roaches and extremely dirty, I had to clean the entire apartment before moving in... They are not cheap and are totally trashed. I had to send all my paid in full monthly payments because they will over charge you for no reason. They tell you the system has problems. They charge me for close to two years on insurance when I had send the insurance every month. They will charge you for unexplained reasons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. You dont have to believe me, just go and see for yourself & check out how the entire apartment complex is in such poor conditions!!!! They will take your money gladly but new management does not care at all.....🙄

My husband and I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and so far we are very pleased. The building itself needs work, its been around for quite some time now but even for the amount of time its been around, their maintenance crew does a great job keeping up. Denise (leasing agent) was perfect. She was super communicative with us throughout the entire process and made moving in a breeze. They are attentive and respond quickly each time. Their application process is also very easy and we had no trouble at all getting everything filled out.
