7.25.2022 I inquired about my non-working remote at the leasing office. Matthew was very pleasant and helpful but he passed me off to Alicia Assistant Manager (AM) whom I had never met. I found Alicia's tone rude when explaining why my remote wasn't working. Then, I stated politely, "I apologize that we haven't met formally, may I have your name, and I asked Alicia if an email had been sent to tenants informing them of the change in rule(s) regarding parking and remotes." She avoided my question but referenced an email that had been sent introducing new team members. Three (3) hours later, tenants received an email about the revised parking rules. We pay too much in rent to be treated in this manner. Common courtesy and exemplary service should be the core of the AM's role regardless of the amount of rent payment. It appears Alicia has not been informed that the tenant's rent, fees, etc., contribute toward her salary.

Windsor is average at best. Paper thin walls, can hear everything: toilets flushing, neighbors to side/above and in halls. Cheap construction. Pipes bursting. Elevator has been out for over a month. You pay for everything separate from rent cost: small Gym, pool, and common areas, trash. Fire alarm goes off regularly and is usually false alarm. They cut back on the cleaning crew. Dog poop not picked up on grounds. Prices go up and things stay the same. The Manager (Deborah) and the location are the best things going for the place. Property must have a soup kitchen budget. For the rent prices paid, consider something with a concrete build, that isn’t falling apart. Beware of apartments.com reviews, try leaving a fair review and you get tech error messages. Try leaving a five star review and feedback processes just fine. Posting anonymously to avoid punishment by property for being honest.

I’ve lived here for a year and couldn’t recommend it more! It’s an incredible value for the amenities, location, and space. The neighborhood is perfectly situated between Uptown and Turtle Creek, so it’s quieter but also close to plenty of bars/restaurants/shops. The staff is amazing - Christopher has been so welcoming and kind, and Lee and Kenny are super helpful. My only qualm is that the fire station down the street can be disturbing at times, but that’s really only if your apartment faces Cedar Springs. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!

I just moved in Windsor Turtle Creek. I met Deborah the manager of property and she is so professional and kind. Later I met the rest of team as I got settled. They were there to take caring of anything I need to make my move easy and pleasant. All I like to say, they are the most exceptional group of people. I made a good choice moving to this community.
