Placed online order and they didn't have my meal ready and didn't even attempt to make it and so called offered a refund the next day. Don't order online from these lames they don't want your money or your business. Find another Firehouse in Orlando. I'm sure there are better ones than this one. Manager is completely incompetent

Have you tried Firehouse. i like being welcomed into a place. I like the steamed sandwiches. while the menu seems limited it is all tasty, you need to try some of the sauces. Staff is always helpful.

Yes i did lose my menu but i think it's called lieutenant or battalion box. Not sure but yes they do at the Winter Haven location and the Lakeland one to .
