For a place that has a architectural layout of a vanilla ice cream cone I don’t expect to order a vanilla ice cream and then have to wait over 20 minutes to then be told that their vanilla ice cream machine broke down. I am not sure how this can occur at a establishment that specializes in ice cream but it did. Then Not to mention we had to ASK for a refund from The young man at the window. Management needs to step up and see that this does not happen or make sure to train on how to handle customer service better.

So a group of us show up on 9/14 at 10pm. 1 hour before closing and once they saw us at the window they closed the curtains. We then asked if they were only drive through and no one bothered to answer. The back door was open so I asked if they were only drive thru and someone yelled yes. Then we pull up to the drive thru and they said they can’t serve vanilla, shakes, or twistees. Then as we were driving away the guy on the headset was laughing and shrugged his shoulders. #tragic

Please do not get this ice cream. I feel like I am going to throw up. Maybe the twists are better, but I had the caramel cheesecake twirl and I feel like my stomach is dying.
