For the amount you pay you would think the service would be world class. Wrong, the front lobby and office are pathetic. Especially the short haired lady. Get your customer service skills up or find another job. Too much for so little services. Unsecured and elevators take months to come down.

The management here is joke and parking is garbage! My car has been towed twice from the parking garage through capital tow which is a completely fraudulent tow company. To be paying this much money for rent and no help from the office Is ridiculous. I believe that they are working with the tow company at this point. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Beware renting from Skyhouse Dallas. Vehicles are being stolen from the "secure" parking garage without any oversight from the Skyhouse staff or security.
