Good German beer and basic German food. It would be nice if they actually had paper menus.

I've been here multiple times without an issue but will never be coming back after the last experience I had. From beginning to end our visit was dismissive, lackluster, and the service was the worst I've ever come across. Our server sat us down and took our order but after that did not check on us throughout our visit. To add insult to injury, she came to check in on the party of 6 seated next to us without them having to flag her down but we were completely ignored. After 40 minutes of sitting with empty glasses my friend got up to flag down the nearest server. This server was not our server- but my friend asked if she could ask our server to come and check in on us as it had been more than half an hour since we had been checked on. The server proceeded to be hostile and deny that we had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! We were not her table, how would she know how long we have been waiting for service? A few minutes later our original server came back and very dryly and in a rude tone asked "what do you want". At this point we were over it- we paid our check and left. This is the saddest excuse for customer service I have ever come across. On the other hand as we were still wanting drinks with better service- we went to Orale about a block or two away. The service there was significantly better- plus the drinks and food were excellent. If you're in the area and are looking for a good spot to eat/drink at I would definitely reccomend Orale- or quite literally anywhere else other than biergarten.

Wow. The pretzel was on POINT. now I love a good pretzel so I’m not just saying it was good, I alwaysssss get a pretzel. This pretzel was DAMN good. And the mustard and cheese for the pretzel fantastic. Sausages were great also didn’t need the fries but definitely requested extra bread. Of course the beer is the star here and it was GREAT. Certainly going out of state just for this experience again soon!

After asking this question, I trusted people's answers that parking was going to be easy. I should have know better, this is Hoboken, the parking is horrific.
We do 32 and 64 oz. Just ask the bartenders.
I went there when visiting family. I wasn't sure how kid-friendly it would be, however there were a ton of families with children there, from infants to about 6. However on Memorial Day I'm sure it is going to be packed, as it was on a regular weekday! Also, the food was great, and the service was good considering how busy they were.
Only meter parking, free on Sunday
They did follow 6 feet distancing between groups and mask is mandatory while inside and not actively eating. They also have standalone sanitizer stations.
