Never going back. Customer service didn't even exist. A sign was posted that due to being short staff use the kiosk. I had a question because at 8:30 they were already out of the soufflé. I waited and watched 3 employees ignore the growing line. Finally after 15 minutes I was told they were out and not making any more for the morning. Breakfast is until 11a so this was disappointing. Not to mention the only drinks the girl said they can make are smoothies. No hot or cold coffee drinks because the machines were down.

This place is slower than God. I ordered a large coffee. They had no large coffee cups. No cream or milk out for coffee. No knives when I asked for one. I went to the counter because I was notified my food was ready. The man said he hasn’t even made it yet. It took 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. This place is a joke. The old man next to me said it perfectly: “this is the worst Panera in the country.”

Don't go to Panera much. This location was the worst. Waited forty plus minutes for a salad and sandwich, with many other customers. No one took ownership of the slow, unfriendly service. The employees seemed to have no urgency in communicating with the packed waiting area of customers or being a little quicker in filling orders. I'll be a long time before I step foot in a Panera again.
