I took my daughter to the Centra Care in Lake Nona - Orlando - earlier this week. The nurse practitioner did NOT test her for either covid or flu … we got there with her having strong cough and a lot of mucus. She was told it was allergy and was prescribed prednisone … Well I started feeling sick a couple of days after but went to CareSpot in Avalon Park … I tested POSITIVE FOR FLU! My daughter probably has the same so she is going to a CareSpot.

I brought my wife at 9 am as a walking, was told that it was 3 hrs waiting time. They gave me an appointment at 1:20pm. Came back at 1pm only 2 people on waiting .It took until 2:30 for them to call my wife in. The waiting lobby was so hot. I had to wait on my car. Not a good experience

Nope! I’m giving them 1 star only because the front desk receptionists and nurse assistant were very kind and friendly, and my wait was reasonable considering I was a walk-in. But the nurse practitioner who “treated” me didn’t even come near me! She closed the door behind her when she came in the room and stood by it. The interesting thing is that my portal records show that she examined my pupils and mucous membranes but that never happened. She never came near me! I was there due to back pain. So, if you don’t mind an office where they make-up notes, this is the place for you. As for me, I’m not going back to this location.
