Bought tickets for The Lost Dog Street Band who decided day of not to perform. I was told by workers at the venue that we didn't need to do anything and would get a refund..... It's been about a month.... Reached out to the place I bought my tickets and they said that the venue never updated that the show was cancelled on their end. So I'm out the money and the show! IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD EASILY CONTACT SOMEBODY ABOUT THIS STUFF!

The Commonwealth Room is a small venue for live music and concerts. Concerts are typically general admission. The main floor is standing with a small tiered sitting area in the back. Friendly staff, clean facility. This is nice live music, but can be hit or miss. B level performers play at smaller venues. There.can be some real gems as well. Main complaints: The air-conditioning is inadequate for the number of people and stage lighting. The sound can be deafening which blurs the clarity of the notes and melody. Overall fun venue for small concerts.

On normal shows you can expect mostly standing room with little seating. Some shows require there to be seating at they can be reserved or general first come first serve.
We have around 100 seats available at all times. Certain shows (such as Graham Nash and Jim James) will be fully seated.

Depends on the artist. Three hours is a good estimate (30 minutes for the opening act and 90 for the headliner).

The seating area really echoed and too much bass in the back. Standing in the main area is great.
The vast majority of shows will be 21+ When we have an all ages show, we will make sure it is very well known!
