Leaving a 1 because i can't leave a 0... I have no problem with my actual mail carrier but with the person who answered the phone so rudely! Ive been in my area for almost 4 years with not 1 problem.. I called today to ask a simple question and got nothing but rudeness in return.. Worst customer servise I've ever delt with coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years!
