Horrible USPS. Avoid at all costs. This USPS has either stolen or misdelivered over $2000 worth of packages to my address in 2022 alone. When I called to talk about how this is wildly not okay, the supervisor blew me off and said they couldn't do anything about it. UPDATE: Months later they are still stealing my packages. I switched to a PO box and every time I order to my house they still steal my mail. They literally sign signature required packages with "C Covid" or deliver to people that sign random words instead of the recipient's name

During Christmas, my father sent me mail/gifts, one for my daughter. I was supposed to sign for it, they never delivered it, or left a note stating they stopped by. They straight up lied and returned it. On my birthday, my father also sent me a card, they returned that too. The address, and name is correct. He has sent me mail before in the past, now suddenly they struggle with doing their job correctly.
