I walked to the counter after being asked if I could be helped. When I told the representative that I wanted to send a letter first class he replied, "Let me find out where he is so he can help you with that." This was after he finished helping a couple and asked me if he could help me. He walked to the back and after 5 minutes the man he was referring to showed up. Come to find out the first man I spoke to was the Manager. He had poor customer service skills and feels entitled. He clearly chooses who he wants to help.

Dec 11, 2021. Changed to 1 Star... here we are a few weeks before Christmas again and we tried to go there at 1:30 today, SAT. They are CLOSED SAT? What the heck? They don't deserve to be open. Who manages this post office??? They constantly get our hold mail requests wrong too. Ugh... We ended up going a mile down the road to another PO which is packed because they are open Sat till 2:30. I'm shocked. ‐--‐------------- I went to the post office today...Dec 12, 2019 @ 3:05... less than 2 wks before Christmas. There was only one person working and 12 people in line with boxes to mail. I asked him where all his co workers were and he said they just left. I said "are they coming back?" He replied "no, they went home cause they came it at 4am." That's crazy. Maybe shift work or overtime would be necessary during this time of year.

Either go to the post office or see your mail carrier and get a change of address packet
Wait til the next day. The post office won't help you with that until it's been several days or if you have a tracking number that is lost. Then go to the local postmaster and start a missing mail case.
No, they dont. They are worthless, and they raise their rates every 6 months so that makes them even more worthless moving forward. They do have back door phone numbers that are hard to find and they don't like when customers get them. Go into another post office, ask for a supervisor and as that supervisor for the number they would call to reach the location you are trying to get ahold of. Good luck!
Hopefully soon. If you have Mail to send out that has postage on it go to the dock around back and ring the bell. They will take it. If your local post office does not have a rear dock, go to one that does like Lakeland Hills Blvd. It must be ready to go and have postage. They can not give you a receipt. Communications and power is still down.
