TAKE YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed with the staff . How they would lie about providing a service while the manager is NEVER around M-F but is only available on Saturday.. We took my shorts for alternation, NOTHING was done but when we ask why , they immediately walk away with no explanation since they felt that a paying customer doesn't have any rights ! Then when I called the manager he informed me that I created the screen when all I did was ask "WHY" was nothing done to my shorts. I paid for a service that was not provided and they made NO attempt to correct it. HORRIBLE .. I think the word " customer service" is not used in this establishment but what do you expect when the manager is never around and people do whatever the want like "LIE TOGETHER"

I recently just moved to Winter Haven not too long ago and I was looking for a new dry cleaner place and I found this one. But long story short I received back my shirts and they were all faded and dull. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and don't waste your time and money.
