Automatic and self service car wash, not custom car wash. I believe those are customer's pictures who used the self services

How do you get a refund for a duplicate charge? Your phone number is a fax??? It wasn't worth the first charge--barely rinsed, & didn't dry. I had to go home & buff spots out...

I am a customer there... the machine took $12 from me. I went around to the back of the building and got the number off the door back there and called it I had to leave a message because no one answered not the next day but the following day they returned my call and refunded my money
