I’ve been a customer here for years. Recently attempted to purchase a game used, they gave me a new copy for the same price, which I did not ask for. I decided to return the game, they told me I have to “trade it in for a lesser value” instead of simply returning it like you can with a used game & get your full value. Because of an incompetent employee, the MANAGER had me pay almost $8 extra to get another game in exchange which would have not cost me anything had the original employee not given me a new title. Won’t return. Not sure $8 is worth losing a customer for life.

Best to get the gamestop app it will tell u what store have what game
I was there last week. They are letting 5 people in the store at a time. Or, you can call, and say "I'd like to buy
