On normal shows you can expect mostly standing room with little seating. Some shows require there to be seating at they can be reserved or general first come first serve.
Yes there were bar stool kinda chairs in front of the sound booth and some regular chairs behind the sound booth
Ditto to what others said, but for certain shows every ticket has a seat - like for Jim James. They have been good about indicating which shows are seated. If it's not stated, it's mostly standing/dancing. The platforms in the back have a good view with chairs/tables for all shows I've attended (3)
Standing room. There are a few seats around the outside.
