After seeing all the bad reviews on this care center I though I’d offer up my experience along with some helpful tips. I’ve seen many people that were waiting for hours. Get there early, be prepared to wait, then be happy when you don’t have to. Don’t dress like your going out to do the yard work. Don’t dress up but wear something that looks decent. When you approach the counter, even if your not feeling well or even in pain, manage a smile, say good morning, just be pleasant. I found the staff extremely nice, receptive, and professional. And a personal thanks to nurse Melanie and Doctor Holly. My experience was professional and first rate with them. Would definitely go back.

My son was complaining of pain too pee, we came to this Urgent Care and because we had not previously scheduled we were waiting for more than three hours to be seen. Again, my son was complaining of pain. That was a total disregard for a seven-year-old.
